Additional meet and greet visits may be scheduled if needed; however, any meet and greet visits after the initial complimentary visit will be billed at our standard visit rate.

We Accept payment through Venmo, Cashapp, or Cash

Balances not paid on or before time of service will incur a $15 late fee. An additional $5 fee will be added for each day the balance remains unpaid.
if left unpaid, services may be paused or discontinued.
-
Cancellations at clients discretion require at least 12 hours notice.
Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full visit fee.

-
Clients must inform us if anyone else will have access to the home during scheduled services.
We are not responsible for incidents resulting from third-party access to the property.
-
If we are unable to access the home due to a lock malfunction, incorrect entry information, or lost access privileges, the scheduled service fee will still apply.
To help prevent missed visits, we strongly recommend providing a backup method of entry.
If you choose to provide a house key, we recommend keeping a spare key accessible on the property.
A secure key lockbox is a great option and helps ensure we can access your home in the event of a misplaced key, lock issue, or other unexpected entry problem. Having a backup entry method allows us to provide uninterrupted care for your pets and avoid delays in service.
-
We will follow all provided instructions and make reasonable efforts to administer medication, but cannot guarantee successful administration in every circumstance.

-
Clients must identify the specific areas they would like cleaned. Areas not included in the requested service may require an additional fee.
-
We will remove accessible dog waste from the designated service area.
We cannot guarantee removal of waste that is buried, heavily obscured, frozen into the ground, or otherwise inaccessible.
-
If the amount of waste present is significantly greater than expected for the service booked, additional fees may apply.
We will communicate with you before adding any unexpected charges whenever possible.
-
Collected waste will be securely bagged and placed in the client's designated outdoor trash receptacle. Clients are responsible for providing an appropriate disposal location.
-
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue clean-up if the condition of the property prevents the service from being safely or reasonably completed.
Poop Clean Up Policies
-
Walks or visits may be shortened, modified, rescheduled, or canceled by walker due to extreme weather conditions (including excessive heat, severe cold, storms, flooding, or other unsafe conditions) to ensure the safety of your pet and our team.
If a service must be canceled by HaileyWalksDogs due to unsafe weather, clients will receive either:
A service credit applied to their account, or
A refund for the missed service
Safety will always be our top priority, and we communicate any weather-related adjustments as soon as possible.
-
Clients must disclose any history of aggression, biting, or behavior concerns. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if a pet presents a safety risk.
-
We use force-free, positive reinforcement-based methods and do not use or recommend aversive tools such as shock collars, prong collars, choke chains, intimidation, or physical corrections.
-
Although we understand and encourage use of in-home security cameras, clients must disclose indoor cameras.
Cameras should not be placed in bathrooms or areas where privacy is expected
Safety Policies
-
Our goal is to provide a low-stress experience for every pet.
Nail trims are performed using force-free handling techniques whenever possible.
If a pet shows signs of excessive fear, stress, anxiety, or aggression, we reserve the right to stop the service at any time for the safety and well-being of everyone involved.
-
Every pet is different, and some may require multiple appointments to become comfortable with nail care.
While we will always do our best, we cannot guarantee that all nails will be trimmed during every appointment.
-
For the safety of both pets and handlers, services may be refused or discontinued if a pet attempts to bite, scratch, lunge, or displays behavior that creates an unsafe situation.
Full or partial service fees may still apply when a service cannot be completed due to behavioral concerns.
-
Owners must disclose any known medical conditions, injuries, mobility limitations, pain, or previous negative experiences related to nail trimming.
We reserve the right to decline service if a pet's medical condition or history may make nail trimming unsafe.
-
Although every precaution is taken, trimming a nail too short ("quicking") can occasionally occur, even with experienced professionals.
In the event of a quicked nail, appropriate first-aid measures will be applied and the owner will be notified immediately.
-
A quiet area with adequate lighting should be provided for the appointment.
For safety, other pets may be asked to remain separated during the nail trim.
-
Payment is due on or before the time of the scheduled service the same as all services we provide.
Service fees are charged for the appointment time reserved, regardless of whether all nails are successfully completed.
-
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if conditions are unsafe or if proceeding is not in the pet's best interest.
