About us!

Hi! We’re the team behind AKA HaileyWalksDogs, a small, locally owned business built on trust, consistency, and a genuine love for pets.

We bring over 8 years of hands-on experience working with animals, combining everything we’ve learned about dog and cat behavior, handling, and positive reinforcement.

Our knowledge comes not just from professional experience, but from a lifetime of being best friends with the animals we grew up with—dogs, cats, and more—which sparked our passion for understanding and communicating with pets in ways that truly make sense to them.

We met while working at a doggy daycare, and since then we’ve continued to expand our experience in a variety of settings.

My boyfriend, Alfred, works alongside me, helping with walks, drop-in visits, pet sitting, and daily operations—so your pet always has a familiar, reliable team.

On weekends, we also are very lucky to work together at a barn with horses, deepening our understanding of animal behavior even further.

At home, our four furry family members—Fizzy, Zero, Arlo, and Bean—keep us inspired every day. We love what we do, and we’re all about helping pets feel safe, happy, and genuinely cared for—because to us, they’re family.
