Getting started is easy! New clients begin by filling out our New Client Inquiry Form, where you can tell us about your pets, the services you're interested in, and your scheduling needs.

From there, we'll review your information, provide a personalized quote, and discuss availability to make sure we're a good fit for each other!

Once we've confirmed the details, we'll schedule a Meet & Greet so we can get to know you and your pets, answer any questions, and go over your routine. After that, booking is simple—just send us a text whenever you need services, and we'll get you on the schedule!

Absolutely! Every service includes very detailed updates and photos through our Report Cards on Pet Owner Dashboard, so you can see exactly how your pet's visit went, how they did and what we did with them!

Yes! Meet & Greets are required for all new clients.

They allow us to get to know your pet and gather the information we need to create personalized walks, activities, and care that match their unique needs, personality, and routine.

Yes! We are Pet CPR & First Aid Certified and prioritize your pet's safety and well-being at every visit.

Your pet's safety is our highest priority. If an emergency occurs, we'll immediately contact you and your emergency contacts while seeking veterinary care as authorized in your signed forms.

When you're away, you deserve peace of mind knowing your pet is in caring, capable hands. We'll act quickly, keep you informed, and treat your pet with the same compassion and attention we'd give our own.

No. We currently only provide drop-in pet sitting visits and do not offer overnight stays, although we hope to in the future!

While yards are great for potty breaks and play, walks provide important mental enrichment, opportunities to explore, and exposure to new sights, sounds, and smells.

These experiences help support your dog's overall well-being and can reduce boredom-related behaviors!
